We use your information for one purpose: to respond to you and to schedule your appointment. That means contacting you to confirm a date and time, asking follow-up questions about the style you want, and reminding you about an upcoming appointment.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.
Who can see your information
This website is hosted by Cloudflare, which, like any web host, processes basic technical information (such as your IP address) to deliver the pages and protect the site against abuse. Our email is provided by Google. If you book online through our booking provider, that provider processes your booking under its own privacy policy. These companies handle this information on our behalf and under their own privacy policies.
Beyond that, only Jacquie and the people who work at the salon can see what you send us.
How long we keep it
We keep appointment and contact records for as long as you remain a client, so that we know what you booked last time and how your hair responded. You can ask us to delete your information at any time and we will.

Children
This website is not directed at children. We braid children's hair, but the booking is always made by a parent or guardian.
